About Chris

I have been a small business owner for 15 years, delivering fresh produce to offices in Silicon Valley. In 2020, when offices closed and people stayed home with their families, I decided to expand my knowledge and join the mortgage industry. It was a perfect fit for my combined skillsets of number crunching and client communications, as well as my passion for helping people. From a Loan Officer Assistant to a Production Manager to a Licensed MLO, I believe that TEAM is everything, and THIS team is all about efficiency, communication, and authenticity. Besides managing Team Locsin, I’m a husband, a father, an islander, and an AAPI arts advocate & organizer. And I make really good fried rice.
